One bag holds roughly one load of laundry — about 10-15 lbs. We provide a Crisplo bag on your first pickup, or you can use any standard laundry bag.
Yes. Mention any special care items in your email and we'll handle them accordingly. Suits, dress shirts, and delicates are all welcome.
No problem — just let us know a safe spot (doorman, front desk, etc.) and we'll coordinate with building staff. Most of our clients use their building's concierge.
